Diesel is paid at the pump on the fleet card, so it is not taken from the advance. Settle clears the balance: the driver returns extra cash, or you pay what you owe.

What the real app adds
Entries stay in your account, so month-end totals and profit per vehicle are ready without a register or calculator.
Km readings, diesel bills and toll slips go in from the road, with a photo of the bill, so nothing waits for the driver to come back.
Insurance, permit, fitness and PUC dates are tracked for every vehicle, and you get a reminder well before each one runs out.
