Cancellation, Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery of the service

DeccanStack is online software, so nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed, we activate your account within 24 hours, usually the same day, and confirm by email.

If your plan includes setup, we agree the timeline with you when we start. If your account is not active within 24 hours of payment, please contact us.

Cancelling your plan

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you pay by UPI AutoPay, you can also cancel the mandate in your UPI app. Please tell us as well, so we can update your account.

Monthly plans

Monthly payments are not refunded once a billing month has started. You keep access until that month ends.

Yearly plans

If you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 14 days, yearly payments are not refunded, and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.

Early access free month

The free month costs nothing. To avoid being charged when it ends, cancel before the free month is over. We will remind you before the first charge.

Setup fees

A setup fee is refunded in full if we have not started setting up your account. Once setup work has started, the fee is not refundable.

Pay-per-event packs

Event packs can be used for 12 months from purchase. If you have not used any events from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it.

Custom builds

Payment terms for custom builds are set out in your written quote. The advance is not refundable once work has started. Payments for work already delivered are not refundable.

Duplicate or wrong charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we refund the extra amount in full once we confirm it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, including the GST charged on the refunded amount. We process approved refunds within 7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take another 5 to 7 working days to show the money.
