No. Trips, kilometres and diesel are entered by you or your drivers from a phone. No hardware is needed.
Can drivers enter their own trips?
Yes. Drivers can get their own login to add trips and expenses, while the owner sees profit and payments.
How does the mileage alert work?
Each trip's km per litre is compared with that vehicle's usual average. A big drop is flagged so you can check the bill, tank or engine.
Will it remind me about vehicle documents?
Yes. Add the expiry dates for insurance, permit, fitness and pollution, and you are reminded before they run out.
